The Art of Living in Spain is a full-service design, development, construction and sales real estate company. Managed by a team of highly-experienced Dutch professionals, we offer our services and products to individual home buyers, construction companies and property developers alike.

We are constructing 90 state-of-the-art, one-level villas directly adjacent to the stunning nature preserve of El Valle, on a 47,000 m2 plot. This one-of-a-kind design will result in a truly innovative residential experience, highlighting comfort, privacy and efficiency.
