After I bought an abandoned villa near Murcia, I was very happy to get to know Chantal and have her leading the way for the refurbishment works. I have very little knowledge about building and even less about decoration and furniture.

When we started the discussion on how to renovate my property, Chantal did an excellent job in recommending what extensions and changes to my property would best suit my needs and wishes. She led me through every step of the way to creating my dream home. I was especially satisfied with the level of communication and transparency Chantal provided.

While the construction works were underway (the works took just 4 weeks), she gave me advise on how to decorate and furnish my home. The day after the works were finished, the decorators arrived and within 2 days my house was ready to live in, what an excellent planning! I would recommend working with Chantal and her team for any needs regarding construction works and interior design. She definitely got the job done for me.

It was a privilege to meet Chantal and her equally passionate and hyper-correct employees at the start of the construction works on my Spanish home. I deliberately do not mention a company name, because a company is only as strong as the people who work there! Chantal has a lot of deep knowledge of technical matters, market knowledge, good taste, she is very service driven and problem solving and all from a purely positive attitude and always with a smile and correct!

And if something does go wrong, it will be resolved in no time and super professional. What a contrast to many other experiences in Spain. I think I can say that Chantal managed the finishing of my property from A to Z. A complete service package that is unparalleled. From fork to salt barrel, to custom cabinets and electronics to hanging curtains and pool maintenance. Chantal has proven to be my support and anchor in everything!

Chantal’s professionals are at home in all markets. From custom-made tables and cabinets to expanding my terrace. They won’t settle for less than perfection! Even though I wanted to settle for something simpler and therefore cheaper for the storage cupboard in my garage, for example … Impossible! They will not settle for less than top quality! The showpiece was the creation of a custom-made mobile gas cooking table designed by myself. The result is in fact suitable for the catalogue of the top brands. Thanks for everything Chantal!

Our 40-year-old home had original electrical installations that we wanted (needed) to replace. We initially called a few businesses to get some quotes, but la Gardenia Service & Travel left us impressed with their quick response and straight forward communication. Chantal and her team came into our home and changed it for the better.

They removed and replaced the old installations (like old vent covers, thermostat, and AC unit) within just 1 day! All this for a very affordable price. We are very satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for replacing any type of (electrical) installation and similar works.

We bought our house from an elderly couple who’d kept it well-maintained; however, it needed updating. Our desires included replacing the marble with wood-flooring; replacing the flooring in all bathrooms and kitchen with tiles and modifying both the kitchen and master bathrooms. We had never undertaken a major renovation like this and went into this endeavour with trepidation. We knew we wanted multiple bids and had them from three contractors, including from La Gardenia Service & Travel.

All three bids were close to one another; however, only La Gardenia Service & Travel seemed to want to work for us: they were the most responsive and would answer any question we had almost immediately. They came over several times during the initial inquiry to review what we wanted and offer suggestions. We weren’t sure if their responsiveness would change after we signed the project agreement, but we were pleased to find it didn’t. We found their professionals all to be friendly, courteous, timely, and conscientious to clean up before they left for the day. To ensure they finish the project in a timely manner, they asked us if they could work on Saturdays, which was okay with us.

Of course, as with any large project, there are likely to be some missteps. Every misstep was reworked without question and at no cost to us! As the project progressed, we asked for some additions and/or changes; every addition or change we requested was considered and quoted without hesitation. The overall experience with Chantal and her team was very positive and we highly recommend them for your next home remodelling project. We received many compliments on our remodelled home and we are very pleased with the results.

At the end of March 2016, we bought a house in Murcia, Mosa Trajectum. The house looked reasonable but a lot needed to be done. We started looking for a specialized company in the area. We encountered La Gardenia Service & Travel. This company turned out to be able to offer us a total package for a very favourable price. During the renovation and furnishing we have been informed continuously of all progress. The entire “operation” took a total of 2 weeks. We arrived in a totally renovated and furnished house.

The cooperation was very good and trusted, we still experience the contact as very pleasant. We continue using their services, such as cleaning the house and washing towels and bed linen after every stay. With them, everything is possible and that gives us great peace of mind.

When furnishing our villa, La Gardenia Service & Travel helped us perfectly in translating our wishes into a concrete, affordable interior. Delivery and related services were performed correctly according to plan (which is unusual for Spain…). Even after delivery, the commitment remains and they keep on showing great flexibility! In the summer of 2016, our villa was delivered later than planned, but thanks to the flexibility and fantastic commitment of Chantal Oorbals and her team, the entire furnishing was completed in less than three days.

They worked until late at night and on Saturday to complete the furnishing on time, according to our high demands. It is nice to have such good people around you far from home to (help) get the job done. We also greatly appreciate the good advice in advance and the customer-oriented service afterwards. We are living at Mosa Trajectum and we did a large renovation project with la Gardenia Service & Travel. Their people were very reliable and did a fantastic job.
