We first make a professional house description and photo session of your holiday home. This will allow us to advertise your home via the websites of more than 2,000 travel and holiday home providers. Millions of guests worldwide can find and book your holiday home this way. In addition, we promote your home on social media, in newsletters and blogs, through (online) advertisements and in many other ways.
Great, my first booking! What now?
Nothing but enjoy! We manage the transaction and issue your advance payment. And we’ll be in contact with your guests, before, during and after their stay.
Would you rather host yourself?
No problem! It’s your property, so it’s your choice – just tell us how you’d like to be involved. Alternatively you might prefer to use your own caretaker, we’d be happy to advise you on this and help you organise it.
Where are my bookings kept?
All your bookings, administration and information about your holiday home can be found in your personal account. This account can easily be viewed online via the homeowner website ‘My Belvilla’ or via our handy homeowner app ‘Belvilla Owner App’.
Does Belvilla offer financial security?
Yes. You’ll receive payment for your bookings 2 weeks in advance, any cancellations and no-shows will be reimbursed up to 100% and your property will be automatically insured up to €10,000 for guest damage, so feel reassured.
